Born in North Philadelphia, I started my photography career and business KayLa.Optics at the age of 16. Self-taught, started shooting local street photography, self-portraits, protests, open mics, and events and has always been a visionary in all things through the medium of photography, film, and music.  Detail-oriented, diligent administrative and creative professional talented in various multimedia applications, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and multiple social media platforms. Expanding her reach to the  Los Angeles area, she has broadened her Optics to conceptual, fashion, behind-the-scenes, and concert photography while also becoming a Creative Director for an entertainment agency.
